10 fruits to be beautiful

For a radiant beauty, we love…

  • Vitamin C, a valuable beauty ally that neutralizes free radicals with its antioxidant power. This vitamin fights aging and is necessary to maintain the elasticity of the skin. Vitamin C cannot be stored in our body so you must make sure to get your daily intake by eating kiwis, citrus, strawberries, etc.
  • Vitamin E, it protects our skin when combined with vitamin C. It also activates a good UVB protection. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables but also vegetable oils, avocados, nuts and hazelnuts.
  • Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants and help us fight the free radicals that increase the aging of our skin. They also maintain the elasticity of our skin and promote good blood circulation to avoid redness. Eat strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and black grapes.
  • Carotenoids – the pigments – are natural shields against free radicals. Once transformed in our body, carotenoids become vitamin A, needed for the growth of skin cells while enhancing its thickness and elasticity. Eat colourful fruits such as melon, apricots or mango.

My child is often absentminded!

Do you find yourself often repeating phrases like "Hello? Is anyone there?" ? If so, it seems that your child is often absentminded. Here's how to help your distracted children stay concentrated.

A teenager’s bedroom

Your teenager's bedroom is a disaster. You even invented new words to describe this horrendous place where food and clothes seem to blend into a new kind of carpet but your child doesn't seem to mind. What can you do?

My child is smelly!

Your child is now 6 years old. The innocence of childhood still shines brightly in his or her eyes but… they're smelly! When your child gets hot, you scrunch your nose and smell a tinge of sweat. Are they too young for deodorant?
