Your body needs a lot of calcium. The calcium in your diet is fundamental because your baby needs it for the development of his bones and teeth. He will therefore draw some from your own reserves, meaning that you could suffer from the demineralization of your bones and teeth if your dietary intake is insufficient. Adding skim milk powder in your recipes might be a good source of calcium to meet your increased need for this mineral.

You can even find calcium in fruits and vegetables? Go for oranges, blackberries, kiwifruits, spinach, fennel, broccoli, beans and cabbages.
