If you suffer from heartburn, eat light meals and avoid fatty foods and excess. Eat less but more often. If you usually nap after a meal, wait a bit before lying down or use an extra pillow. As far as cramps go, make sure that your diet contains enough calcium. Apply heat on your muscle to relieve it.

Calf cramps during pregnancy are often caused by a lack of magnesium? Cashews, pine nuts, roasted almonds, spinach, cooked black, white and Lima beans, wheat germs and bananas are good sources of magnesium.
