Easter at the zoo!

In addition to this essential activity, families will have the chance to see the real Easter bunny, who will distribute cuddles and chocolates all weekend. Zoologists from the Ecomuseum Zoo will also be there to create unforgettable encounters with some of the most popular animals in the area. Not to mention the talented make-up artists, who will be at work to create beautiful works of art on the faces of the little ones, free of charge. No child will leave the zoo empty-handed, guaranteed! A tradition to adopt this year!

Find them all and receive a chocolate egg as a reward! To participate in this great family activity, pick up an official hunting license from the Canadian Children's Museum Travel Agency. Then play the detective to find the eggs, then claim your reward.

Price: Free with museum admission (12-20$)

Easter at the Farm

Spring has sprung at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, in Ottawa, Ontario! After a long cold winter, the barns and farm have come alive with the arrival of newborn animals. Welcome the soft, little lambs and kid goats, marvel at the rabbits’ silky fur, and observe the fluffy, newly-hatched chicks, ducklings and turkey poults. Hop on a tractor ride (weather permitting) and look for signs of spring!

Children can participate in an egg roll race in the meadow — sure to bring laughter for the whole family. Bring a picnic blanket and rubber boots and enjoy what the Canada Agriculture and Food museum has to offer while Eccentric Adam entertains the crowds. Let’s shake, rattle, and roll — enjoy a barn party as DJ Rico puts on great family music. You and your family can dance while awaiting your turn to take a fun photo in the photo booth.

Don’t forget to wear your boots, it’s muddy at the Museum in the spring!

When: April 19-22, 9:30am - 4:00pm

Price: 38$/family

A teenager’s bedroom

Your teenager's bedroom is a disaster. You even invented new words to describe this horrendous place where food and clothes seem to blend into a new kind of carpet but your child doesn't seem to mind. What can you do?

My child is smelly!

Your child is now 6 years old. The innocence of childhood still shines brightly in his or her eyes but… they're smelly! When your child gets hot, you scrunch your nose and smell a tinge of sweat. Are they too young for deodorant?
