Choosing the right bra

Maintenance

It is recommended to hand wash your bras with soft soap in lukewarm water. This way, your bra will stay in better condition for longer. Once you are done washing it, place it in a towel and press on it to remove as much water as possible without having to twist it. It is also recommended to let your bras air dry since intense heat from dryers can damage the delicate fabric.

Other types of bras
Sports

Running and other type of sport require support that a classic bra can’t provide. A sports bra reduces the bouncing motion and provides better support during the exercise. Choosing a sports bras depends on your cup size. For A and B cups, choose a model that flattens the breasts. For C cups and more, choose a model that holds in the breasts while keeping them separated. Racer back straps are ideal because they won’t fall while you’re exercising.

Breastfeeding
  • Avoid buying your nursing bras before the end of your pregnancy. The size of your breasts may vary!
  • Since messes are quite frequent, having three nursing bras is recommended. One to wear, one as a spare and one in the laundry!
  • Your breasts will be sensitive, especially in the first few days, or even weeks in some cases! So choose a model that won’t irritate your already hypersensitive skin , and in a stretch fabric that will adjust according to your breast size.
  • Since you will be washing your nursing bras regularly, make sure the fabric will can bear frequent washes.

My child is often absentminded!

Do you find yourself often repeating phrases like "Hello? Is anyone there?" ? If so, it seems that your child is often absentminded. Here's how to help your distracted children stay concentrated.

A teenager’s bedroom

Your teenager's bedroom is a disaster. You even invented new words to describe this horrendous place where food and clothes seem to blend into a new kind of carpet but your child doesn't seem to mind. What can you do?

My child is smelly!

Your child is now 6 years old. The innocence of childhood still shines brightly in his or her eyes but… they're smelly! When your child gets hot, you scrunch your nose and smell a tinge of sweat. Are they too young for deodorant?
