Practical first aid accessories for kids

Pacifier thermometer

Thermometers are essential when we have children so we can monitor their temperature when they are sick. But when they are babies, it’s not always easy to try to interrupt a crisis to take their temperature. The pacifier thermometer has the added benefit of helping you soothe your baby while taking their temperature!

Kissy Bobo

I will be eternally grateful to the little Kissy Bobo bear which helped me many times to help calm my baby suffering from colic and relieved all my worries! Both a sweet companion and a soothing compress, it is filled with a mixture of grains and chamomile for its relaxing virtues.

Fun humidifiers

Humidifiers are really important to help preserve the ideal amount of humidity in the air, especially when our kids are sick and their noses congested. We love the cute little humidifiers from Crane that are made in fun animal shapes that your kids will love!

hydraSense nasal aspirator

Congested babies often have trouble finding relief because they are too young to blow their noses. The hydraSense nasal aspirator will allow you to vacuum nasal secretions with your mouth in order to provide maximum relief. It also comes with a small vial of saline water to rinse their nose and extend their well-being!

Sinus Rinse

For older children, we suggest you try the Sinus Rinse nasal bath kit, which has truly made miracles in my home this winter! All you need to do is fill the plastic water with lukewarm water, mix in the salt packet and ask your child to bend their head over the sink. Insert bottle nozzle in your child’s nose and press softly on the bottle so the water can fill their nasal cavities before coming out on the other side. My daughter says it tickles! You can find those kits in pharmacies.

Souris Verte products

Did you know Souris Verte has a line of health products to help soothe all the aches and pains of children? We particularly love their antiseptic boo-boo cream for little scrapes, their anti-colic extract and the calmherb that has relaxing properties. All their products are made from biologic plants so you can treat your family in a natural way!

Polysporin Poly to go

Moms can never plan enough! I really love carrying the Poly to go by Polysporin around in case of accidents! This little antiseptic spray really works wonders! All you need to do is vaporize a small amount on the skin and cover with a fun band-aid, followed by a kiss. Kids will be ready to play again in no time, boo-boo forgotten!

Ear infections, antibiotics, and prevention

Becoming a parent also means being acquainted with several small infections encountered during our own childhood. Ear infections are numerous and can leave you having lots of questions. We try to respond to the most frequent ones.

My child is often absentminded!

Do you find yourself often repeating phrases like "Hello? Is anyone there?" ? If so, it seems that your child is often absentminded. Here's how to help your distracted children stay concentrated.

A teenager’s bedroom

Your teenager's bedroom is a disaster. You even invented new words to describe this horrendous place where food and clothes seem to blend into a new kind of carpet but your child doesn't seem to mind. What can you do?

My child is smelly!

Your child is now 6 years old. The innocence of childhood still shines brightly in his or her eyes but… they're smelly! When your child gets hot, you scrunch your nose and smell a tinge of sweat. Are they too young for deodorant?
