You’ll feel like you’re getting bigger by the minute, because if baby’s growing, so are you! Don’t worry! Only 3 more months until you can hold in your arms the precious cause of this weight gain ! Some women have a hard time accepting the changes in their bodies during pregnancy. Try to go through it serenely, bearing in mind that your baby is growing inside you. Without going to extremes, remember to eat well and take care of your body because you're the one through whom he’s living, growing and blossoming.

Your body’s starting to feel the excess weight? Your back is killing you? Pay attention to the way you move and bend over to pick up objects. Keep your back straight, and when you can, elevate your legs to activate your blood circulation. If you experience periods of fatigue during the day, spread them apart with naps or relaxation sessions involving a good book and a cup of hot tea. Of course, this could already be possible for those who have the right to preventive withdrawal around the end of the 6th month.

Take care of your body. Moisturize it with a cream or lotion and bathe it, it needs it! Give priority to hydration! Proper hydration is essential for skin elasticity and to prevent the appearance of undesirable stretch marks. If your breasts are getting bigger and heavier, wear your bra all day long. Don’t be surprised to feel a semblance of a contraction when your baby moves suddenly.

Rest assured, this is only a momentary event preparing you to the real labour you’ll experience in a few weeks. See the bright side of things: you’re already two thirds of the way there ... And don’t worry, the last trimester is so busy that it flies like the wind!
