As you are approaching the second trimester, nausea should ease up. You may notice changes in the pigmentation of your skin, especially if you have dark skin. A brown line (linea nigra) appears on the center of your abdomen. Your uterus becomes palpable during an abdominal exam. The size of your abdomen might show your pregnancy. However, if it is your first pregnancy, you may show a bit later since your abdominal muscles are holding your uterus.
