- 250 ml (1 cup) Plain Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Ground flaxseed
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Maple syrup
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) Ground cinnamon
- In a bowl with a lid, mix yogurt, flaxseeds, maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Serve cold as an accompaniment.
