  • 250 ml (1 cup) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Ground flaxseed
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Maple syrup
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) Ground cinnamon
  1. In a bowl with a lid, mix yogurt, flaxseeds, maple syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Serve cold as an accompaniment.
