Almond drink

Milk, almonds and sugar for a sweet drink! Nathalie Regimbal created this recipe.

Makes 1 serving of 125 ml (1/2 cup)

Ingredients
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) ground almonds
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) sugar
Preparation
  1. In a measuring cup, pour the milk, ground almonds and sugar.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour in a glass.

Replace the sugar by 15 ml (1 tbsp.) of maple syrup. A pure delight!

Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
