Makes 1 serving of 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) ground almonds
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) sugar
Preparation
- In a measuring cup, pour the milk, ground almonds and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Pour in a glass.
Replace the sugar by 15 ml (1 tbsp.) of maple syrup. A pure delight!
Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
