Sparkling fruits

This recipe created by Nathalie Regimbal, truly makes you believe you are drinking sparkling wine!

Makes 1 serving of 125 ml (1/2 cup)

Ingredients
  • 100 ml (3/4 cup) orange juice
  • 25 ml (2 c. tbsp.) soda water (ex: Perrier)
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) lime juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
  • A pinch of ground cardamom
Preparation
  1. In a measuring cup, pour orange juice, soda water, lime juice, honey and ground cardamom.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour in a glass.

Feel free to let your imagination run wild. You can decorate your glass with a slice of orange, a slice of lime, colored sugar, etc.

Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
