Chocolate Martini

Ingredients (10 servings)
750 ml Vodka bottle
2 bars of Green & Black’s Organic 70 % dark chocolate
2 teaspoons of syrup
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Ice

Preparation: Remove 250 ml of vodka and put aside. Break the chocolate bars in pieces and put them inside the bottle, keeping a little on side for garnishing. Replace the cap and completely wrap the bottle in plastic wrap. Place the bottle in the dishwasher and start a normal cycle. Once the cycle is complete, shake the bottle. If chocolate is not completely melted, start a second cycle. Let the vodka cool to room temperature then place in your freezer for a few hours. To serve, pour 70 ml of chocolate vodka in a shaker, add syrup, vanilla extract and shake vigorously. Serve in a glass previously cooled with ice and sprinkle the remaining shaved chocolate as garnish.
