Chewy cocoa and hazelnut bars

Ingredients
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) hazelnut butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain (or vanilla) yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml (1 cup) whole wheat flour
  • 250 ml (1 cup) oatmeal, uncooked
  • 250 ml (1 cup) bran flakes
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) baking powder
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) cocoa
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C (375 ° F).
  2. Grease a 23 cm square pan (9-inch).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hazelnut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, yogurt and eggs.
  4. Add flour, oatmeal, bran flakes, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Mix well.
  5. Spread mixture into greased pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of your pan comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut.
