- 60 ml (1/4 cup) hazelnut butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla
- 250 ml (1 cup) plain (or vanilla) yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml (1 cup) whole wheat flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) oatmeal, uncooked
- 250 ml (1 cup) bran flakes
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) baking powder
- 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) cocoa
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 190 ° C (375 ° F).
- Grease a 23 cm square pan (9-inch).
- In a large bowl, combine the hazelnut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, yogurt and eggs.
- Add flour, oatmeal, bran flakes, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Mix well.
- Spread mixture into greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of your pan comes out clean.
