Aqua de Horchata

Makes 1 serving of 125 ml (1/2 cup)

Ingredients
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of milk or enriched soy or rice beverage
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) organic sugar
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) ground cinnamon
Preparation
  1. In a measuring cup, pour the beverage, sugar and ground cinnamon.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour in a glass and add ice cubes.

Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
