Makes 4 servings of 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Ingredients
- 300 g silky soft tofu
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen raspberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) canned pineapple juice
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) cream of wheat
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately in martini glasses.
Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
