Tips and advices - 39th week

During those last weeks of pregnancy, it is important to eat well because your baby keeps growing quickly. Don’t forget your vitamins and take your prescribed iron supplements. Drink more liquid if you weren’t advised otherwise. It will solve your constipation issues and prevent dehydration during labor.

To prevent heartburn, keep eating small meals often. Avoid eating before going to bed and use an extra pillow to counter oesophageal reflux and prevent heartburn.
