Sleeping problems for my baby...

Hi everyone, I am here to get some suggestions. I am a mother of a 1-year-old baby. We are planning to get a home nanny for my baby.
My baby usually sleeps for almost 14-15 hours a day. But these days, she wakes up at night and cries for no reason. I used to breastfeed my baby and take her in my arms to put back to sleep. Again after some time, the same routine continues. My hubby also puts her in his arms and walk for some time. Then she would be fine and calm. But this is really affecting our sleep. I have heard that night nanny would help the baby for a scheduled sleep and provide them with good feeding options.
Do you think hiring a home nanny would solve my issues? Please share your valuable suggestions. Thanks in advance.
