Canada Aviation and Space Museum

In this Museum, you will learn about Canada’s aviation history since its first adventures in 1908. You will see an impressive aircraft collection and understand how the Canadian aviation affected our lives. Children will enjoy workshops and carrying out scientific experiments. Canada Science and Technology Museum

At the Canada Science and Technology Museum, you will save a colony on Mars in the Simulator, discover how much energy you can produce by running in a wheel and find out how a nuclear reactor works. You will also lose your balance in the Crazy Kitchen, on top of a multitude of experiences designed to make you understand the importance of science in your lives.

Canada Agriculture Museum

You like to know where your food comes from? You love animals? You love nature? The Agriculture Museum is perfect for you! You’ll see sheep, beef cattle, horses, cows, rabbits, chickens and beehives. You will find out how the farms use renewable energy, and you will learn about the evolution of the tractor and its importance in agriculture. You can even make ice cream in the summer and celebrate Halloween in the fall.

Canadian Museum of Nature

Another one for nature lovers! In this museum, you will discover wild Canadian mammals, extreme extinct and living mammals, birds, fossils and, most of all, the ever so popular dinosaurs. You will be able to visit a ship and understand how the Earth was formed with the most ancient stone in the country and meteorites’ fragments. To top it up, the museum is located in a centennial gothic “castle” that has just received a prestigious international architecture prize.

Canadian Museum of Civilization

Dedicated to archaeology and to our cultural heritage, the Canadian Museum of Civilization will make you live 1000 years of Canadian history and discover the native people and the native flora. You will discover fascinating Canadian characters, see First Peoples art and visit many fascinating international exhibitions.

Canadian Children's Museum

With over 30 stations, the permanent exhibition of the Canadian Children’s Museum literally takes you on The Great Adventure. With their passport, the children will discover many countries and their inhabitants. They will see a pyramid, visit the embassy, prepares tortillas and manufacture clothing at the Japanese House. The Children’s Museum teaches children about the world through exciting activities and about themselves through role-playing.

The Currency Museum of the Bank of Canada

Your little collectors will be delighted to see this collection of more than 100 000 items such as bank notes, coins, tokens, bills, gold bars and everything that was ever used in trades. They will hold 99.99% pure gold, and they will understand how Canadian money is made. They will also see the evolution of counterfeiting and extreme measures that were sometimes taken to counter it.
