Makes 1 serving of 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of milk or enriched soy or rice beverage
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) organic sugar
- 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) ground cinnamon
Preparation
- In a measuring cup, pour the beverage, sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Pour in a glass and add ice cubes.
Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
