Virgin Caesar my way

Makes 1 serving of 125 ml (1/2 cup)

Ingredients
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) tomato juice
  • 2 drops of Tabasco sauce
For decoration
  • Enough Worcestershire sauce
  • Enough lemon juice
  • Enough celery salt
  • Enough ground pepper
Preparation
  1. In a small plate, pour a little Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. On another plate, mix a bit of celery salt and ground pepper. First dip the rim of the glass in the liquid mixture and then in the mixture of celery salt and pepper. Keep the glass.
  2. In a measuring cup, pour tomato juice and Tabasco.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour in the glass.

Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
