Sparkling rosé

You will make everyone jealous with this recipe created by Nathalie Regimbal, for pregnant women.

Makes 4 servings of 125 ml (1/2 cup)

Ingredients
  • 300 g silky soft tofu
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen raspberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) canned pineapple juice
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) cream of wheat
Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately in martini glasses.

Note: To make things easier, I used a glass measuring cup, graduated in 25ml.
