Tips and advices - 4th week

In addition to ensuring your cell’s proper nutrition, you realize that your body needs the required materials to build the nest properly. If you haven’t already, make an appointment with the professional you have chosen to follow your pregnancy (physician or midwife). It is recommended to see this professional every 4 weeks until the 28th week, every two weeks until the 36th week and then every week until delivery. During the first visit, whatever the chosen professional, lab tests (blood and urine tests) will be required to assess your initial health status and thus allow the detection of potential problems. The professional will also inquire about your lifestyle (smoking, exercise, nutrition). It is during this visit that you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your expectations and ask questions to find out about the services provided by your medical professional and his methods.
