Recipe from the illustrated cooking book Mandoline – J’ai ça dans le sang!
Portions: about 12 portions of 15 ml (1 tbsp.)

Can be refrigerated for 2 to 3 days
Do not keep in the freezer
Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) plain yogurt
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) maple syrup or honey
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) old style mustard
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl with a lid, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
